Having been raised in a small rural community, during a much simpler time, I can’t help but notice how different the dating scene is today. Date ideas were very limited, but much simpler, when I began enjoying the company of the opposite sex. My options included dinner, a movie, bowling and sometimes listening to a local band that played at a teen club. Although I now see how limited the choices were then, I also have learned to appreciate simplicity. Date ideas, especially in major cities, include any number of activities. There are many options available, especially for those who enjoy outdoor activities. This might include taking a ride in a hot air balloon, even exploring caves.



There are many more indoor and outdoor concerts, providing music to fit everyone’s taste. There are now major theme parks located throughout every state, providing an entire summer of good times. The Internet has become a great tool for dating. You can easily find articles which provide some great ideas on where to take your date, and reviews written on every film being shown. Essentially there are no limitations set on where you take your date, with the possible exception of your imagination.
